5. Custom Itinerary & Planning Fees

Planning and consultation fees are non-refundable once the itinerary is delivered.
6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

7. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline shutdowns.
